“Points,” “rewards” and the “$POLY airdrop” get used interchangeably, but they're not the same thing. Three different things
- Liquidity-provider rewards — Polymarket has run maker-reward programs that pay for posting resting orders that tighten the book on eligible markets. These are a live, ongoing incentive, separate from any token.
- Activity / points-style tracking— the on-chain record of your volume, age and breadth. There is no single official public “points” dashboard for the token; the chain is the ledger.

How “farming” actually plays out
In past exchange airdrops, the wallets that did best weren't the ones that manufactured volume in a weekend — they were the ones that had been genuinely active for a long time.
