The champion market is multi-outcome (neg-risk): all teams trade on one board and their prices sum to ~100¢. LCK and LPL sides are often the favorites in the 15–25¢ range, with Western and wildcard teams further out. A team at 20¢is the market's ~20% implied title probability; win it all and the share settles at $1.00.
When it reprices
- Play-in & Swiss — moves on seeding and early results.
- Group / bracket stage — every eliminated team collapses to 0¢ and redistributes to the survivors, so the board compresses quickly.
- Patch & draft meta — a new patch can shift which style, and which region, is favored.
Because it's a live market, you can back a team early and sell into a deep run rather than holding to the final. Worlds is also when esports liquidity peaks — the book is thickest here, so it's the best time to trade size.
